    What do these flags mean

Our BK is flagged with these flags on Pacer: INTRA, CLAIMS, ReafHdShp, DELAY

I am wondering since we are 60+ days past the 341 and no discharge if this could be the problem.

    INTRA is Intra District Transfer
CLAIMS is Claims have been docketed to this case
ReafHdShp is Presumption of Undue Hardship (Do Not Discharge)
    DELAY I'm not sure about
May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
    July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

reafHdShp= would seem like "re affirmation hardship", maybe you tried to reaffirm a house or car that they think you cant afford, maybe this is gumming things up.

I need to goto sleep, if you have to use "maybe" more than once in an answer, its not really an answer.
Not only am I not a lawyer, the California BAR association has sent me numerous letters telling me not to even THINK about going to law school. In fact, the lay advice I provide is not even good. In the end remember, you get what you pay for, and here in BK land were not the best at paying.

Uggg.....the delay is the one I am concerned about. I noticed the ReafHdShp has not been signed off yet by the judge. If the judge does not sign off on it then can I just keep making payments on the vehicle as a ride through?

Possibly Mom I'm not sure you need to ask your lawyer.

                  I found them
"MEANSNO" means that your case is currently flagged as passing the means test. "FMCertDue" means that the requirement for a financial management course has not been met (this is different from the pre-filing credit counseling). The case can be discharged with the "MEANSNO" flag present, but the certification for the class has to be filed (the "FMCertDue" flag prevents discharge
521 means they are looking for paystub

CREDS means "Creditor List Uploaded" according to our District Court's website (PA) .

                    Hope that helps,

Ok so here is what the attorney's office said..... We reaffirmed both cars and my attorney did not sign off on either reaffirmation. I have to have a hearing before the judge to allow the reaffirmation to go through because we are negative on our expenses. Except we moved and the hearing (which has not even been set yet) will be in another state. UUUGGG......so I am thinking of canceling both reaffirmations and doing a ride through on both cars. I find out all this 67 days past the 341 and freaking no discharge in sight!!
What are the odds of Capital One coming to get the cars if I stay current (both have equity in them) one is a hybrid and gets great mileage? Also, if I stay current on payments how hard is it to get the title after I finish making payments?

As far as I know they can not take the cars back as long as you stay current on the payment. My attorney has told me she does not recommend I reaffirm anything just keep up the payment. If I cannot afford it in the further I just hand it over.

My attorney told me that a company can take the vehicle back regardless of being current. But they rarely do this.
