I was looking at PACER and I saw this and was wandering what it meant.
"FMCertDue, MEANSNO" I would appreciate if anyone could tell me what this means?
"MEANSNO" means that your case is currently flagged as passing the means test. "FMCertDue" means that the requirement for a financial management course has not been met (this is different from the pre-filing credit counseling). The case can be discharged with the "MEANSNO" flag present, but the certification for the class has to be filed (the "FMCertDue" flag prevents discharge).
Thank ya very much! For some reason our credit counseling service must not have notified our attorney's office that we have already completed our post counseling. We had our certificate's with us and showed them to our attorney at the 341. It's good to know that it says that we passed our means test on there.
Thanks
