We Filed Today! 341 set already.

I just checked pacer and it looks like our attny. filed our ch. 7 today. pacer shows our 341 meeting scheduled for August 19th. This was surprise to see that they 341 was already scheduled. It's a good thing though, we just want to get it over with.

We are so thankful to have filed, the calls from the creditors were starting to get really nasty. We got one today from Citi financial auto where the woman was yelling into the phone and using a very scary exorcist voice and demanding that we call her back. It was funny and scary!

Anyway we wanted to say THANK YOU to this forum. It helps us to know that we are in the same boat and that we have a source of support!

Wow. That was quick. I found out about 3 days after filing. I don't blame you, getting it over with is better than waiting. It also means your case is discharged and closed faster.

Congrats on the filing! Now you get to tell all those demons, I mean, collectors that you filed and to go away! We found out about our 341 about 20 minutes after our attorney filed it. I just had to go to Pacer and make sure and saw it. Good luck at the 341!
