    overtime after filing

Do they ever look at your income after the file date? Should I be concerned about working excessive overtime now that I filed or should I wait until after 341 to work more ot?

Yes, our attorney stressed to my husband to go without for a couple of months, believe me, it has been hard and this weekend, he was able to finally put in some OT. We are due the discharge on 8/18.

My attorney said if anything changed in income you had to let him know.

Knock on wood... nothing has happened to us. My hubby waited until after 341 until he started working overtime.

Definitely wait till after the 341. Our trustee required us to bring our bank statements with us to our 341 meeting. All the way from the day that we filed up till the day of the 341. Our attorney said its just so they can make sure you don't move a lot of money around right before or after you file.
            Good Luck Dennis
