I have a quick question. As you can see above I am a no asset case. I need to sell some coins which I did declare and exempt to buy some school stuff for my kids. Am I allowed to do that since I have been declared no asset and am just awaiting discharge? The amount would be 300.00

Thanks everyone. I asked my attorney about the above and she said it was ok but I'll probably just try to tough it out til discharge.

I dont know about anyone else here but the toughest part of bk for me is when I have to tell my kids no. I dont spoil them, thats why when they really want something it tears me apart not being able to deliver sometimes
