So I work for one of the largest boat/yacht retailers in the world. As many of you may think, "Gee boat sales must be tough in this economy", you couldn't be any closer to the truth. As I've said in past posts my income is down 80% in comparison to the last 36 months which has undoubtedly forced me to file CH7.
The sad part is the company I work for just filed CH11 a few days ago! It's extremely sad, but it makes my choice to file CH7 seem more rational now.
The good news is, I just got a new job that will have a stable income I can count on every month. I still fall below the median for a single earner income in CA so my CH7 will not be influenced by this.
Any objections I get at the 341 I can certainly counter by showing them that I've gone BK because the company I worked for went BK
