Am I discharged??

when I go to History documents there is a new report for 7/15 with a PDF that says discharge of debtor - It is ordered: The debtor is granted a discharge under section 727 of title 11, .....

But why does it say time in status 1 day??

I think because of the BK backlog, they are not getting discharged exactly on the date they are supposed to. I am in the samne boat, with the same exact date as you. Other members here have told me to be patient, it could happen between now and 10 days.

It LOOKS like you are discharged. Perhaps the 'time in status 1 day' means 'close of business' or 'completed at 11:59 PM'? That's a guess on my part.

No. Their last day to object was July 14, 2008, if I read your statistics correctly.

You're discharged. The 1 day is from starting new from discharge date. It will continur to count until you are closed.
