Did I say uphill......I meant downhill I'm still reeling over my discharge and my hands ran away from my brain. Congrats again.

I knew that's what you meant I understand, believe me haha !! I'm glad this is almost over for both of us. We too thought we had to do a 13 and thank god for this forum which encouraged us to look at more than the first 2 attorneys !!

I know exactly what you mean. The first 4 lawywers I met with didn't want to hear anything except how much my salary was. A couple didn't even ask about expenses before telling me I had to file a chapter 13 so I was very fortunate to find this forum because even though I'm over the Median, I was still able to file a successful non-consumer chapter 7 without hearing a peep from the UST.
