I am so glad you made it and welcome to the 60 day club! You mentioned the UST was there... does that mean you have to wait the 10 days to see what that person declares? The UST was not at ours thats why I ask.

We had a miss designer lady at ours as well. She stood out from the crowd. We didnt get to see what happened but I couldnt help but just stare. My husband joked that he she looked like a movie prostitute. There really is a time and a place for everything and a 341 is not the place to look like a million bucks. I wore capris and nice sandals that matched my shirt but most others were in jeans.

Well, I lived in Trabuco Canyon (Mission Viejo) for many, many years, then moved to Redlands about 3 years ago for grad school (husband).

I've taken your notes on what not to wear to my 341 meeting...I'll leave my Rolex at home, j/k....I can't believe some of these people (that's why I ask where you live, because I can see some Orange County people doing that sort of stuff, you know?) What where they thinking and didn't their attorney(s) tell them not to wear anything expensive???!!??? Since I'll be going to the Riverside/S.B. Courthouse, I doubt we'll have anyone as exciting...

I've been following you too - sooooo glad your 341 mtg went well!

We just signed the papers this afternoon and they are filing them electronically. The waiting begins. I guess we will soon hear when our 341 will be.

liz417 - I live in San Diego County, but I do have a few friends in OC. OC is a bit like where I live at here.

PoorGrammyinBK7 - I found out my 341 date the same day I filed.

The designer thing isn't a big deal if you can exempt it, but wearing it to a 341 is just showing off IMO.

As for being relieved, I never felt stressed or worried through this whole process. I figured whatever happens was meant to happen.

My celebration is when my hubby comes home from deployment.

Cali, I can relate to that. My husband spent a year in Viet Nam (USMC) and it was the longest year of my life. I even told him today that we've been through a lot worse than BK. Compared to Viet Nam (especially for HIM), BK is a piece of cake!

When is he coming home and where is he deployed? Will certainly keep him (as we do all the troops) - and you in our prayers!

Most of the people there were in jeans. I was the only one in nice slacks.

I'll be wearing a khaki cargo skirt and plain brown shirt tomorrow. If I had slacks that fit, I'd wear 'em but that's the best I can do.

PG - This is our 4th deployment in 2 yrs.

gymbo - Uggs are like flip flops here, they are worn year round by many.

So off topic but...

Cali - That's why I got them! I loved the idea of big boots in the Summer... But I will never forget the day I wore them to a Walmart in N. Wisconsin - Summer '03. I don't think I would have gotten that many dbl and triple confused looks if I was walking naked through the store. haha.

Fast forward 2 yrs and they're selling (faux) Uggs at Walmart. Funny.
