I know I'm probably being impatient, my question stems from the fact that the Trustee sent someone over to look at my equipment to determine if it's worth liquidating or not about 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard a peep from her since.
I guess the only reason why I want to know if she will find it worth her while to fool with this junk is because if she doesn't want it, I can donate most of it and get rid of the $120/month storage and use that money for gas and food.
If she does want it, I would LOVE to turn it over so that I can have the extra money from the storage and extra space at my home.
Should I write her a letter inquiring about it or call or email my atty. I don't want to seem like a pain in the butt, especially since I'm still waiting for my discharge, but one way or the other I'd like to be rid of this stuff.
P.S. This weekend I saw one of my old customers and she was broken hearted that I don't bake on the side even. She even tried to convince me to start up again by bringing her cute 4 year old over to say thank you for all of the delicious birthday cakes I used to make for her. Talk about guilt. If my ex didn't leave such a bad taste in my mouth about that business, I probably would do a few cakes here and there, but who knows if the trustee decides to leave the equipment alone, I might keep just enough stuff to do an occasional cake or two for extra money and the satisfaction of seeing the smile of a cute 4 year old again from one of my products.
