Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on why he denied payment to my HOA? It does not have any explanation, other than it will not be considered for payment. Not that I'm complaining, just curious.

Also my student loan is receiving payment. I take this to mean it will reduce the amount I have to pay them since the student loan debt is not discharged?

Chapter 7 - letter from Trustee

I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and my case was discharged in February 2008. Now I received a letter from Trustee saying, by the time I filed BK, I had $3000.00 in my Bank account and I had to pay it back to the Trustee. I do dio get earn enough income to pay and is there anything I could do to get some releif from Trustees Office. My Attorney has received a letter from the Trustee back in April and he never informed me taken any actions. I really woriied about these paymentys and let me know I Can do. Thank you..
