At most BK 341 meetings no creditors appear. Whether they come or not does not remove their benefits.
The only people that where there when I had my 341 were local lenders and stuff, mostly payday places. I didn't have loans from them but others did. No big lenders were present for cars, houses, etc.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer

There were no creditors at our 341 either, although American General thought they would pull a 'fast one' by sending reaffirmation papers direct to our Trustee, but no one physically appeared. We didn't sign the papers, either. There were three or four individuals and a couple ahead of us, and I don't recall any creditors appearing for them either.

There were no creditors at our 341 either nor for the previous time slot as we were there 30 minutes early. I thought the credit union we have a car through might show up for it because we were going to reaffirm our vehicle. I have read alot about Credit Unions and they seem to stay right on top of things. But again no one showed up.5/29 Filed 7~ 341-on 6/24

No creditors at ours, but this very powerful looking attorney in a great suit sat down across the table from us and introduced herself as the attorney for the U.S. Trustee. This was before we came to the forum and we had no idea who she was or why she was there.
Unless you're an above median filer discharging a lot of debt, it is unlikely the UST will be there.

At my 341 I was one of two non-consumer cases and there must have been about 15 or so other debtors there. The only creditors that showed up were two people for the other non-consumer case. The guy was converting from a Chapter 13 to a 7 and both creditors wanted to sell some of his heavy equipment to get their money (not the norm). I had over 40 creditors listed on my matrix and no one showed up for me.
The UST wasn't even there. I think it just depends on the case.Filed Chapter 7 (Primarily Business Expenses) 04/10/2008 FICO 468
