I called the UST office and spoke to his admin assistant. I had a question about pacer still showing awaiting first meeting. Which I had already. Anyhow, She told me that 75 days after the 341 I will be discharged. Thats like two weeks longer than I thought. Is it 60 days for objections and two weeks after that for the discharge.

The extra days might be local backlog of discharge/closing. I would not read to much into it. Better to tell you it takes 75 days than to tell you it takes 60 and then you not get it til 75 .May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

Almost, ditto on what everyone else has said. Technically, it's 60 days from the date of the first 341, but it really depends on the trustee and the court as to how quickly the discharge gets processed and you see the order on PACER.
Also, be forewarned that some people get their discharge on time, but wait and wait and wait for the close order! It doesn't really make much difference except that while your case is open, you are technically considered to be in an "active" bk. But you still have your discharge, and that's the MOST important part! Because the time limit for objections has passed by then, you're not at risk for any further action occurring in your bk, having the case remain open (unclosed, actually) is just a pain in the a$$ technicality that keeps you from moving forward in rebuilding credit, if that's something that is important to you.
So keep your eye on both, and if either is unduly late, feel free to call again. Start with the case manager first, and then if necessary back to the UST. Good luck!!!Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!
