Stupid Question but Really Not Sure

If I'm including one of my checking accounts in my bk because of overdrafts (mainly checking account fees)- does their address need to go on the creditor matrix? They aren't really a creditor so not sure.

It's a major bank where I also have a credit card. The cc address will be on the matrix. Since it's the same big bank - can that one address count for both the cc & the checking account?

    thanks

They are a creditor if you owe them money, so yes, they must go on the creditor matrix.

I think you will need a different address, even though the credit card and bank may have the same name, they are more like a conglomerate. The credit card side of the bank is unrelated to the banking side.

There's no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to filing bankruptcy.

Definately add the bank to the creditors matrix. The Credit Card they gave you might have a different address. Even if they don't, add them. Better safe than sorry.
