Pacer Flags... any idea what these mean?

These are the Flags listed on my Pacer:

    DebtEd, MEANSNO, Prior, REALPR0P

I assume REALPROP means we own a home. But what does 'prior' mean? or MEANSNO.

I checked the flags list on this site but I did not see any of these listed. Thats a little scarey

DebtEd may mean they need your certificate for the debtor credit counseling course. I don't know about prior. Have you filed BK in the past?

Already did the pre counseling. But I did notice in the copy of papers that the attorney sent us that the confirmation of the precounseling certificate has a box check on my husbands as having completed within 180 days. Mine is blank obviously an error by the paralegal as its signed and dated.

Neither of us have priors. <---- almost sounds criminal *lol*.
