Ford done that with us too! I got paperwork from an attorney right before discharge stating that we had not made a payment since Dec (it was now april). On the paperwork they had the wrong vin number too! My lawyer told me not to reaffirm because they could take the truck. I just had to print papers from the Ford website showing our payments and from our bank account showing the payments to prove that Ford was incorrect in the filing. We kept the truck because its a low note...but the sucky thing about keeping it was that now Ford put on our credit that it was included in Bankruptcy with 0 balance...so it doesn't show all of our ontime payments. I hate Ford for that!Filed 12/31/07
