Just curious how long after you filed did you find out the date of the 341?

Not sure about where you are, but when I filed they told me on the day i filed. Also, a letter was sent as well shortly after we filed with that date. Pacer will also have the date on it as well.filed 3/3/08
341 meeting 4/8/08
Trustee declares no asset 4/9/08
Discharge due 6/9/08 -
I filed electronically {my lawyer did anyway} and he set me up to receive electronic notices from the court. A few hours after I signed the papers, I logged on and had my filing number and the date of the 341. A few days later, I got a letter from the trustee with that info.Comment

I received a notice in the mail about a week after I filed but I already knew from Pacer. It was posted right away.Filed!!04/23/2008[X] 341 5/27/2008[X]

If your attorney files electronically they should know it at the time of filing or within 24 hours. If you go on Pacer you can probably get it quicker than if your attorney tells you.<<I am NOT an attorney, my comments are anecdotal only. Contact an attorney for advice>>

About a week after I filed, I received a notice in the mail, but it showed up on PACER in about 3-4 days after I filed.Filed Chapter 7 (Primarily Business Expenses) 04/10/2008 FICO 468 :cry:
