    Question

Our attorney told us we need to bring our previous 7 months of paystubs with us on our next meeting. I was just curious how specific they are figuring up our previous 6 months income. Do they do it by the day or month or what? I was wandering if we set our meeting on the Friday I got paid, how they would handle my wife's since she doesn't get paid until the next wednesday? Could we just use her paystub from the previous week and go back 6 months stubs? We are just going to be very close to the median level for our family, and we really want to go with a chapter 7 not 13.
    Thanks

You would only use paystubs for pay paid, the fact she'd get paid the next Wednesday makes no real difference.

    My lawyer went by month.
May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
    July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.
