      Wow, this IS a process but if I can rid myself of 70K I can breathe again and probably be a much better person.

        All I can say without going into my nightmare story again is that you should find the very best attorney you can. Ask around on this forum. Don't pick a name out of the phone book and if you have any doubts about the attorney during your initial interview trust your instincts!
