I need help with Pacer

I checked PACER today and I found this:

Just to make sure I know what I'm looking at, Does the Government Proof of Claim mean that 11/21/2008 is the deadline for the tax entities to file their non-dischargeable claims? Also the Objection for Discharge Due is for creditors not the UST right? Does the UST have 30 days from the 341 meeting to dismiss?

Thanks for your help, I'm just trying to make sure I know what I'm looking at.

I emailed my atty today and got this response.

When you file bankruptcy, all creditors you listed in your bankruptcy receive a bankruptcy notice and a proof of claim form. Every creditor is given a deadline within which to file a claim to participate in distribution of funds received from you or the sale of your assets in your case. The government agencies are given a little bit longer (I assume because it's the government) to file their claim. If they timely file a claim, they will receive a pro-rata distribution from the Trustee.
