Well folks, in a nutshell we returned pretty wrung out. It did not take too long and my mind was muddled but I prefaced it with we don't have very good communications with our attorney before he got her on the phone. Since we were paid in two sections of payment and I had it neatly organized with backup materials, I got which payment was which mixed up and confused the guy pretty badly as I was. He could see I did not feel good, but our lawyer at the other end couldn't find the paperwork either (since I doubt she even bothered looking till the last minute) but finally explained where all the proceeds went.
We are not sure of the outcome as it looks like preferential payment and of course, it was. Upon leaving I asked him a question as to if I can talk to my Trustee directly and he said you will have to ask your attorney any further quesions, allowing me to make my point in saying "well, that has been the problem all along now hasn't it? I can't get any answeres out of her."
Our attorney asked us to call her back after the meeting. Wife did "AngelinaCat", and the conversation went from fair to bad to fair when the lawyer said I told or asked you about those things and my wife who at this time had a bit more control and anger resolution than I would have had, in a matter of fact way told her we never in the few visits we had, held a conversation for more than 15 munutes before you (the attorney) would scream at us and we did not consider some of those questions as we never could get decent information.
Thank God for this forum. So now it is wait and see what developes. If we are dismissed how may we proceed to get a reconsideration or some sort of relief as it still does not change our situation? Any help is appreciated. 'Hub.
