341 in 2 days....Any advice?

    I felt the same way before my 341 meeting. It was a breeze and before I knew it, the discharge came through. You'll be fine. Trust me, when this is all over you will feel SO good

    341: March 7th
    Last date for objections: May 5th
    Discharged: May 13, 2008

      Good advice already given.
      I'll empasize:
      Make sure you have looked over your documents on pacer to make sure your petition has no mistakes AND that all things you think are filed, were indeed filed and posted by the clerk and put on Pacer. If it aint' on Pacer, it "ain't there".

      Take any extra documents you may need just in case. I took extra copies of my tax returns, info on my car loan, etc etc.. just in case.

      Most importantly your drivers license and social security card.

      They almost never ask any difficult questions, the 341 is a piece of cake for most people, so don't worry, be happy.

      Come back on here and tell everyone how easy it went.
