341 meeting yesterday...OUCH

I hope it doesn't get dismissed !!! Maybe the trustee will treat it as a buy back? Some trustees here take payments to repay (on a buy back anyway)

Well my case status says awaiting discharge. I assume the trustee will send me some kind of payment plan to start paying the $2500 back or with any luck he changed his mind.
I got a letter in the mail from an attorney that was at the 341 meeting and he said that I should call him to look into exempting a 2nd property I have and to exempt the returns. I called but he was busy. But if I go through with what he wants would that piss off the trustee and cause more problems or should I just say heck with it and pay back the $2500 and get it over with? Also the refunds are already spent so I wouldn't be getting anything back but it basically would amount to paying the lawyer his fee in exchange for paying back the $2500. Though the lawyer might be cheaper could it cause more problems?
