I included my two pet cats as part of my expenses (their food is an expense! to include any vet bills/regular checkups for them!) Enough said.

Cantdoit: The household is anyone that lives within the same home as you do. Now in the case of a shared domicile, the income from anyone that does not contribute to your household expenses will be removed in a later step of the means test. (For example if you have a teenage son living with you that has a pt job but doesn't give anything towards the household expenses his income would factor out later in the means test).
HereInOhio: Depends on your jurisdiction. That many animals could be seen as a luxury. Best if you can to figure their food etc into your own expenses....you can ask a lawyer if pet expenses is allowed by trustees in your area.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.
