New Car Purchase Before BK

Just curious ok............

How long will I have to own my new car purchase before I can include it in the BK. I'd like to ride through on it, but I know that I cannot do so if it were purchased within??????months right?

I recently purchased a new car and by the time I file I will have made 3 payments on it. My lawyer didn't see any problem with me riding through, and I also believe you'll find several people who purchased a car just before filing. As long as you make a coupl eo fpayments on it you s hould be fine.

I think the time limit comes into play if you are trying to do a cram-down (910 days), but I could be wrong...

I purchased a new end of June. Filed Bk end of July. My 341 was beginning of August, I just had to show I had at least 1-2 payments on the car. I did a ride through (btw) with the dealership.
