w2 question???

ive met with a lawyer and filled out the online questionaire, paid my lawyer, now all i have to do is turn in the paperwork he gave me and w2 from the last 3 years.... but as luck would have it I have 00 - 07 but not 05....

i have tried calling for it through the irs.gov automated system but every time i think I m going to the right place in the phone tree it ultimatly lets me know that they are closed on sunday's.... no duh, what is the point of automation if you cant access it 24hrs a day... so if someone could help me out here i would really appreciated it

anyone in florida know about tax returns and the 600 dollar check?

are thoses as good as gone seeing as I havent received them yet and i plan on filing as soon as i get my w2 for 05???

Just call back Mon. That's no biggie.
Ask your lawyer how your districts trustees are handling tax refunds and the rebate.

If he wants a copy of your W2 then you might ask your employer to see if they have such a copy.

Other than that you'll just have to try the IRS another time if he wants a copy of your tax return of 2005, which is typical.

Theres an 800 number for the IRS, you can get transcripts sent for free back so many years (you just follow the prompts) I filed BK in 2006 and went back as far as 2002. The letter just states the year you filed taxes and what amount. There is someone on this forum here that the Trustee wants their stimulus check!
