Did anyone's name make it in the paper?

I don't know if its a REAL case number or just a number our attorney is using to refer to us. All I know is he gave us a referral number and all of their information to pass onto to the bill collectors. I'm not worried about the embarassment of my name, its just that I'm worried how my father (same name) will handle this.

There are people who read everything in the newspaper, engagements and births included, arrests and name changes - anything that is public information.

This would be my PARENTS! Seriously my Mom reads 4 different papers. I can't imagine taking the time to do that, but she does. So, I know it's not in our local paper, but if it appears in the IndyStar, she won't miss it. Not going to let that worry me, with all the other crap going on right now, that just can't be my worry right now.
