When I read your post, I couldn't help but wonder if these "mistakes" (calling the twins 18 instead of 8 and raising your food spending) were intentionally made by your attorney in an attempt to strengthen your case.

It's an awkward situation you're in. But I salute you as a man of integrity. Do you trust your lawyer? Have you called him to ask him about all of this? That might be a good first step. Doesn't mean you have to follow his advice if he says it's not a big deal. But at least you can get his thinking on all of this.

I will speak with him when I am presenting the items. Can't imagine how awkward it would be if the trustee asked how hard it is to raise twin teenagers though LOL.
