From our experience, it seems that PACER is updated avery 24 hours or so. We get information about our BK from PACER quicker than by regular mail, and usually by 8:00 AM. Any lag time is probably due to whatever workload the PACER clerk is dealing with at the time. This is for the Jacksonville, FL Middle Court. How other states and Court systems handle it, I don't know.

Someone else asked this question and I remember based on all the answers, Pacer is different for everyone. What you got is regular folk inputting information into a computer once paperwork is received. The bankruptcy clerks office in your town might be slow or fast depending on who is doing it. In Illinois, the clerk would receive my information and it took two days. Might be different in your town.
