Should I contact Trustee or cCerk?

My case is now 392 days awaiting closing.

There was an assest(tax return) to distribute.

My city filed a priority claim for back taxes.

I want to square up with them, but need to know how much if any the trustee is sending/sent them.

Any one else have a similar experience?

Do you have an atty or are you pro se? Either way, the first step would be to contact the trustee by letter and address any outstanding issues preventing closure of your case. If you're pro se, you can do this directly, but if you are represented by counsel he/she needs to do it for you.

I'm kind of surprised that it was allowed to go over a year, but there have been others here with similar experiences; I hope they post their thoughts for you. Good luck!!!
