Yes, you can list health insurance premium as an expense.

Not sure about the misc, but probably no more than 5% of your monthly income.

Thanks, HHM...now I have it down to $65 of disposable income. I listed $110 cell phone expense which is the only questionable expense on the schedule. If they don't allow this I will have $175 disposable. Should I find another expense? I want to show enough that I can keep my car, but little enough to stay in a 7-- which I would imagine is a very common objective!
