I am not sure how it will play out. I have not heard ANYTHING since I sent over my pyastubs. Pacer still says "Awaiting discharge: day 36"
I think that is a good sign? They have not done the "presumption of abuse" that would have been on there 10 days after the 341...and I am almost 40 days into it. Has anyone had a UST make waves this late into it? I feel like all this preasure was lifted...briefly...and now it has been tossed on 10 fold! Also, I have only been at my job for 8 months...it I average out the 8 months of pay (including my recent commissions), I am stilll about 1500 under the means test. I think that should come into play. But, if you take into account from today back 6 months (I filed in Feb) I am barely over the means.
My last job was in a differant, non commission, field...and I did not make any money for about 4 months before getting my new one.
Any thoughts?
Also, thank you to everyone for your input! This forum really helps!
