    Suntrust Mortgage and C7 Reaff

Anyone on the forum with a Suntrust Mortgage and have filed C7?

I ask because I wonder what the reaff experience was like?

We know we want our house, even though value is not great; however, we marvel at the idea of not reaff --just in case.

Anyone not reaff with suntrust and had it go just fine?

      Surrendering home to Suntrust

I am surrendering a home to Sun Trust and they just submitted their Motion to Lift the Stay. They are ready to foreclose on the home. The date is set for the end of April (I don't need to attend) and my attorney says that it will take about 4 weeks to foreclose and then they will give the tenants 7 days to move out. So some time around June. Is this the information you were looking for.
      Thanks

        thanks for the reply.

just curious about how easy they would be on a ride through.

sounds like they were definitely interested in getting their home back.

        thx

There is a big difference though between stating your intention to reaffirm vs surrendering. You might be better suited to call your lender directly and speak to their BK dept. I did that with my lender and got an answer
