When I filed BK, right before my 341 meeting my bank loan wasn't available on the online banking (I filed on this loan) now it's back up on the online banking again. Why is it back? Does this mean it won't be discharged? Please guys help me out once again lol

Unless there's other things that have happened that you didn't mention, I wouldn't worry about it. Your bank's computer system's decision on whether to show you your loan account has nothing to do with whether it's discharged.Originally posted by cirnrab View PostFiled: 03/31/08

Do yourself a favor. Check everything I say with a bankruptcy attorney. Most attorneys will even provide a free initial consultation. In fact, it's your life, so check everything anyone says (including your attorney) for yourself! -
nope, everything has gone smoothly in my case, thank goodness! So I guess everything will be fine
