Ours went smoothly too, also didn't have to talk to the trustee for more than 5 minutes. He just asked us about a house that foreclosed and some medical bills and if we had the right to sue anyone. That was it. He was a very nice, mild mannered man, he was nice to everyone and no one we saw was grilled at all.Comment

My attorney just confirmed what I overheard at the meeting... My case is closed pending any creditor objections within the next 60 days (which he doesn't think there will be any
