Had my 341 today!!

I wasn't too nervous because everybody here told me not to be. Was asked about 10 questions....

I see you have quite a few large medical bills. Are you anticipating a lawsuit? I answered no, I have a chronic medical condition.

It didn't kill me and I didn't panic at the least. This board is full of amazing people with great personal experiences! I don't think this would have gone this smoothly (so far) with out the knowledge I gained here. It is official....I'M A MEMBER OF THE 60DAY CLUB!!!!!!!!

Oh, Woohoo, second to Amelia's question!

After my 341 was over, I had planned to stay and observe, but decided to split because I knew I wasn't quite right. On legs that felt like rubber bands I slithered on out of there and got down the courthouse steps, where I fired up the one cigarette I had been waiting for so long (I don't smoke anymore, but definitely arrange the odd stogie here and there) and oh! Never has a cigarette and Diet Coke tasted so good. I felt like a hot water bottle in the morning, just after it's emptied out... oh yeah, massive relief! Good luck!!!!

Congrats had my 341 Monday and it was a relief. I did not think I was nervous but walking into the hearing room I almost got sick. Now it appears we wait and cross our fingers.

That is exactly what I am planning! I am a former smoker- havent had one since 12/06- was pregnant and am still nursing. However- I am going to make an exception and light one up as soon as the 341 is over. I am also a Diet Coke addict. Yeah- cant wait!

Typically, yes. The trustee's office will post the "no-asset" decision to PACER.

How did you find out you were no-asset if it's not on PACER? Did your trustee say something during your 341?

It's what you indicated in your filing. You should get the trustee's determination within one to ten days of the 341.
