Citi Cards and incorrect reporting; who's the worst?

I've been pulling my credit reports daily (via True Credit) and disputing various minor inaccuracies. I figure that getting a jump on it now will make my life easier a little later on. I noticed this reporting debacle this evening thanks to Citi Cards...

[Experian] Account has been closed due to inactivity.
Account seriously past due date/account assigned to attorney, collection agency, or credit grantor's internal collection department. Debt included in or discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7,11, or 12.
It looks as though someone checked off each available option when deciding what to report. I was up to date through my filing date.

Got me thinking... Who is the worst major creditor when it comes to inaccurate reporting?
    Filed Ch7 3/6/08 [X]
    341 hearing 4/10/08 [X]
Last day for Objections 6/9/08 [X]
    Discharge AND Closed 6/23/08 [X]

I use True Credit also and Experian is the worst off all of them.
