Please forgive me if this has been answered before. I did a search but couldnt seem to find what I was looking for.

There are 2 flags I couldnt figure out: CREDS and MEANSNO. Any ideas? Also, it says no assets on the filing, but am I correct in thinking that you actually have to be declared no asset by an order of the trustee??
