      Talk to your lawyer again - Best Buy and the furniture store aren't real interested in coming to pick up your used computer and furniture. People BK them all the time (browse around for people experiences).

      What's the point of BK if you must keep paying on the debt?

        Well she already filed the papers, would that be a problem to add that stuff now or its too late ?
        March 13, 2008 - Chapter 7 filed.
        April 15, 2008 - 341 Meeting.
        June 16, 2008 - Deadline for objections
        June 20, 2008 - Case closed!
