    Credit Card Use, Balance, Recent..

Thanks guys for all your help and comments on my other post and I've got a meeting tomorrow with the attorney with questions and possibly filing.

I have one more question though.

Late in the summer my Target red card was convrted to a target visa. This was during the time I was struggling to make rent and living expenses. I started with a balance of like 200 and it quickly grew to 5000 by my having used it for food and gas, expenses for a summons to court in another state and even paypaled myself money so I could pay the rent. The highest single charge on the account was 600 I sent to myself so I could make the rent and not be evicted (I had already been served with a summons over the demand for possession, etc).

I had made payments to it monthly even some as much as 200 dollars in Jan and 100 in Dec. This was all before I realized what a situation I was in. I haven't made a payment since January.

So, to recap... I got the card and it was maxed out with various necessities in a 5 month period during which I made regular payments but then ceased... what do you think the trustee would say about this? Do you think the company would call it fraud that it was run up so quickly?

None of the charges have been in the past 90 days except one mistaken pizza order because the card number was saved on the website.

Sounds like everything you charged was for normal living expenses. Chances are you'll be ok unless one of your creditors wants to play rough. There's no way to tell ahead of time if that's a possibility. What does your lawyer say?
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
