Help! Deficiency notice, was put in my case. case has been discharged

Deficiency notice was put into my case and i was not aware of this. I Did amendment of the list of creditors was filed by me.
PROBLEM IS:A Certificate of service on the Notice of creditors was not filed. the cure date has past was can i do.
also the creditor that didnt get served is now reporting on my report.

yes i did what can i do about this. but the deficiency notice states if i didnt file the certificate by the cure date the pleading will be stricken.

Just file the certificate. The certificate is merely proof that you served them. The important thing is that you actually served them.

also i notice that the creditor is not on the matrix.
