New info posted to PACER the day after my 341

I see the Trustee's No Distribution Report...this is good.
The motions filed by GreenPoint Mortgage I think are because we are surrendering the house. Anyone know how to read this stuff and what it means?

Nothing to be worried about since you are surrendering your home. In a nutshell, they are just going through the motions to lift the automatic stay so they can proceed with foreclosure.

Thank you, HHM. The PACER status now indicates Awaiting Discharge. Last day to object is 5/5/08. Does this mean since the Trustee issued No Distribution that our case is officially No Asset? If no creditor objects, and I don't think they will, then are we to assume all is progressing as planned?

Our PACER was just updated to reflect the same. We, too, are surrendering so the motion for "relief of stay" was filed...same as you.

We are 2 days behind you on the PACER docket.

Our trustee declared us "no asset" the day after our 341. I guess he's busy with the BK filers!
