question about online access being cancelled

    Either you got lucky and slipped through the cracks (might want to remain somewhat anonymous) or they handle things differently for different customers (doubtful). The Executive Office rep I spoke with stated it was a policy for all bankruptcies and there were no exceptions (I tried and even with all of the business I have with them and all the years I have been with them, the best they do is allow access to USAA Mobile).

    I guess time will tell....

      I didn't file on anything with them, they are still getting all of their money from me.

      So yes, there are exceptions.

        I know this is an old thread, but I was just wondering if anyone ever regained online access as time went on past BK discharge?
