Is this good, bad, or indifferent?

In light of my posting under "Holy crappin' crap!" thread started yesterday, does the following have any significant meaning? It was posted to PACER late today.

"Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. The Meeting of Creditors has been closed. The trustee has received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.. (Entered: 03/04/2008)"

    Any thoughts?

    TIA

YAAAAAAAY!!!! It means you've been officially declared No Asset, and unless there are other things still going on with your bk (like creditor objections, or some as-yet-unknown UST bizzarity) you are now waiting for discharge. Congratulations!!!!
Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!
