Thnx Alot But I Think We Have A Problim Now, She Called The Legal Aid And All Those Numbers And They Said They Cann't Help Her Bcoz They'r Busy So I Think We Have A Problim Now. They Said There Is No Red Flags On Her Case Specially That Her Credit Score Was Almost 800 A Year Ago And She Was Never Behind Payments And She Can File C7 But The Problim That Cann't Take Her Case Now And The Other Attorney's Said The Same Thing And They Told Me Thy Cann't Do Payments Plan So I Just Dont Know What To Do

guys i really need help tonigh plz, my wife only have 4 days left to respond to the court and today she went there to get the form to respond to the superior court (summons) and they gived her the form and i dont think this is the right one, can someone plz tell me what's the right one to respond plz guys , they gived her (PLD-PI-003) but this have nothing to do with the case? plz guys can someone tell me the name of the form at least tonight? we tryed the bar of assosiation and the legal aid and everything and no one wants to help at least the name of the form so we can respond and buy some time plz guys

Since it is a debt collection suit, she probably needs this form

However, you are on your own as far as actually filling it out. Legal Aid, even though she has been there, can probably help her figure out how to fill out the form.

oh thnx alot HHM , so the the one they gived her is not the correct one then, she said the lady wasn't sure but after little while she told her this is the only one to respond anyway so i just dont know, but now you'r showing this form i know that they made a mistake and they dont even know which form is the right one, i appreciate it alot

The other one would work, both forms are Answers. The one they gave you was an Answer for personal injury and wrongful death actions. The one I linked was the Answer for contract claims. Essentially, a debt collection action is a breach of contract action, so the form I linked is more on point.

thnx alot i appreciate it alot and god bless u , and do u know why there r 2 court dates? one says (osc: service 5-20-08 and the second one says (osc RE: status 12-09 08) so why 2 dates? and can they c=take things away from her at the first one or not until the dec one? we'r just trying to buy time
