My Baby will be born on the 19th of FEB on the last day for objections. I have mixed feelings about this Fresh start new baby- what if someone objects. I dont know I have made it this far. Think I am going to be happy about it 3 more days.

However, if you live in a big city, it can take weeks for them to post the "Discharged" on Pacer. I was told by the clerks' office in my area that I might have to wait several more weeks and someone else here said they've already been waiting 20+ days after their 60 day wait and still they have not received the magic "Discharged" notice.
But for all practical purposes once the 60 day wait is over, it's almost 100% sure that it's discharged and done.<<I am NOT an attorney, my comments are anecdotal only. Contact an attorney for advice>>
FINALLY DISCHARGED 92 DAYS AFTER THE 341! A NEW START!!!
