Just as I thought Months ago

My Baby will be born on the 19th of FEB on the last day for objections. I have mixed feelings about this Fresh start new baby- what if someone objects. I dont know I have made it this far. Think I am going to be happy about it 3 more days.

I think it's VERY rare for an objection to occur this late in the game, so you should be fine.

However, if you live in a big city, it can take weeks for them to post the "Discharged" on Pacer. I was told by the clerks' office in my area that I might have to wait several more weeks and someone else here said they've already been waiting 20+ days after their 60 day wait and still they have not received the magic "Discharged" notice.

But for all practical purposes once the 60 day wait is over, it's almost 100% sure that it's discharged and done.

I hope and pray that you and baby will be absolutely fine.
Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!
