    Summary of Schedules

Just looking through my paper work (341 next Tues.) and noticed that my "summary of schedules", part I & J don't match when I turn to the actual pages in the file. In fact, the income (I) is higher that in the SOS and the expenditures (J) is lower than on the SOS.

Called the attorney and he said not to worry about it. In our last meeting, he changed amounts on Schedule J so we could reaffirm our vehicle (lowered our monthly outflow) but it shows about $600 higher than it should on the SOS.

Should I be concerned about the trustee noticing this or would I have (or my attorney) been notified of the discrepancies? My attorney is sending someone else with us on the 341 so I'm assuming he will be able to answer this, if it arises.

This will need to be corrected, and the attorney may have said don't worry about it because he will have it corrected in time. Regardless, at your 341, you will be asked under oath if you have become aware of any errors or omissions on your forms. It is real easy to fix, but they need accuracy on the paperwork when it comes to the numbers.

At this point, our 341 is on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). Should I just bring it to the trustees attention when asked "if you have become aware of any errors or omissions on your forms"???

My attorney is 45 minutes away and in court. I have to work tonight and can't make it to the town he's in. We will have another attorney present at our 341 so should I bring it to his attention before we walk in?????

I want this to go SMOOTHLY so any help is appreciated. Thanks oldbaddebts.

It says on the schedules that the amounts may be different from the 22A or 22C. This may be why your attorney is saying don't worry about it.

          JP-

May just be me but I can't find where it states that.

On the schedules filed with my petition it's in the first paragraph.
