My daughter's 341 is today (Noon, central time). She was told (by who I don't know) that they go in alphabetical order of the Attorney's last names. Anyone know if that's correct? Her Atty's last name starts with an "A" so I'm thinking they would be in atleast the first group. My daughter hasn't called me yet to tell me it's over and I'm on pins & needles!

I think that is probably something that varies by location. In our area, they were called by last mane of debtor, but we were called last because we were pro se.Filed CH7 - 10/13/05;

Your 341 is over by now, but in our district they did the cases where the US Trustee wanted information first, then grouped the people with attorneys so the attorney didn't have to go back and forth, then the Pro Se people like myself.CH 7 File Date 11/09/2007
