Motion To Dimiss hearing not mentioned on PACER?

Does anyone know why our Motion To Dismiss (pro se) isn't on the PACER system, as it relates to an objection to the discharge? We know the hearing is on Feb. 20th, but the PACER system doesn't document any of this, except for the filing that my husband made at the courthouse.

you had a creditor object to a part of your discharge and you filed a motion to object to that creditor's motion? It should show up on pacer. Might want to call the court and find out the status of the objection,.

Threegmgs, if it's only been a day or so since your husband filed, it may not be in PACER yet because the clerks have to manually scan the doc on paper filings. Attorneys submit theirs electronically, which is why theirs show up almost immediately.

But if it's been more than 3 business days, ditto what Gramma said: call the clerk's office and see what happened. Good luck!!!
Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!

        Sort of

We had a creditor object to a portion of the BK, & we filed a Motion for Dismissal of that trial, b/c even though fraud is his basis, it's bogus, & he has no proof. Plus, he's done absolutely no pre-trial follow-thru on this. The court told us the date is the 20th.

          More than 3 days

Yes, it's been more than 3 days. And, I think they're pretty speedy with getting it into the system, b/c they got my husband's Motion in that very day that he filed it.
