I know why I check Pacer EVERYDAY, gives me a sense of control. I know that's rediculous, it's my (30 year old)daughter's BK7 but I can't help it, it's a Mom thing. Just interested in why anyone else that's a Pacer Junkie checks everyday.

I didn't check it every day until this week, because I'm heading into my 60th day of waiting next week. I just go on and when I see no changes since Jan 12th when we filed our counseling session certificates, I think, "Great!" [no objections, still] Then I knock on wood 3 times and wait til the next day.
There is no justification for checking it every day! Especially if it adds to your stress about it. Best to just forget about it until it's over and you get a letter in the mail saying you were discharged!
But some of us are compulsive about checking. I guess if there were an objection filed, though, I want to make sure my attorney is right on top of it, and be sure that I can start asking questions here about how I might handle it. But the chances are very slim at this point! [knock on wood]
The main time to check is to make sure your case is originally filed and check the pdf of the petition to make sure everything is right. (This helped me immensely as everything was NOT right, and it really helped me to know that going into my 341 meeting!)
Then check to make sure your post-341 counseling certificate was filed.
After everything is filed and you're just waiting in the "60 day club" it's best to just forget about it and not worry.<<I am NOT an attorney, my comments are anecdotal only. Contact an attorney for advice>>
FINALLY DISCHARGED 92 DAYS AFTER THE 341! A NEW START!!!
